Using a remote camera lets you explore creativity and expand photographic coverage in unique ways. On location, remote cameras can be where you physically can't. The multi/micro USB port of Sony's cameras (sometimes called multi-terminal, multi-interface, multiport, or VPR1) connection can be used to trigger the camera, supply power to the camera, and power on and off the camera. We have created 2 cables to connect Sony's cameras to PocketWizard radios that support different remote functions.
