 Check your flash setting. Chances are good that the Red Eye Reduction setting is turned on and the camera thinks it's sending out the preflash. If you see a little eyeball in your LCD, change it to just the lightning bolt, no eyeball, and that should solve the issue!

 Adding full TTL support for the Canon [[1D X]], [[6d|6D]], and [[T4i]] is our firmware team’s #1 priority. Canon greatly changed the way they communicate up through the hot shoe with the [[1D X]] and newer cameras, and we need to spend time reverse-engineering every signal that comes up through the shoe and writing new code for it. Because of this trial and error approach, we can't guarantee or predict when we will be adding TTL, but we are working on it daily.
